chowkbazarcrockeries.com ও Chowk Bazar Crockeries app ("আমরা") ব্যবহার করলে বা অর্ডার দিলে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন। শর্তগুলো বাংলাদেশের আইন, বিশেষ করে ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন ২০০৯ ও জাতীয় ডিজিটাল কমার্স নির্দেশিকা মেনে লেখা।

১. অ্যাকাউন্ট
• মোবাইল নম্বরে আসা কোড দিয়ে লগইন হয়; কোড কাউকে দেবেন না।
• নিজের সঠিক নাম, নম্বর ও ঠিকানা দিন — ভুল তথ্যে ডেলিভারি দেরি বা বাতিল হতে পারে।
• অন্যের নামে বা ভুয়া নম্বরে অর্ডার, বা অফারের অপব্যবহার হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হতে পারে।

২. পণ্য ও দাম
• ছবি ও বর্ণনা যতটা সম্ভব সঠিক রাখি; স্ক্রিন অনুযায়ী রং সামান্য আলাদা দেখাতে পারে।
• অর্ডারের সময় যে দাম, ছাড় ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ দেখায় সেটাই চূড়ান্ত — পরে বাড়ানো হয় না।
• ভুল করে দাম ভুল দেখালে বা স্টক শেষ হলে আমরা ফোন করে জানাব; আপনি নতুন দামে নিতে বা বাতিল করতে পারবেন।

৩. অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা
• অর্ডারের পরে ফোন বা মেসেজে নিশ্চিত করা হয়। ফোনে পাওয়া না গেলে বা তথ্য ভুল হলে অর্ডার অপেক্ষায় থাকে বা বাতিল হতে পারে।
• বারবার অর্ডার নিয়ে না নেওয়া নম্বরের পরের অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বা আংশিক টাকা আগে চাওয়া হতে পারে।

৪. অর্ডার বাতিল (Cancellation)
• প্যাক বা কুরিয়ারে দেওয়ার আগে: My orders থেকে বা ফোনে বিনা খরচে বাতিল।
• কুরিয়ারে দেওয়ার পরে: পণ্য না নিলে ফেরতের ডেলিভারি চার্জ লাগতে পারে।
• আগে টাকা দিয়ে থাকলে বাতিলের পরে পুরো টাকা ফেরত — "ফেরত ও টাকা ফেরত" পাতার নিয়মে।

৫. পেমেন্ট
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি: পণ্য দেখে ডেলিভারিম্যানকে টাকা দিন।
• বিকাশ / নগদ: checkout-এ দেখানো নম্বর বা বোতামে। আমাদের কেউ কখনো আপনার PIN বা কোড চাইবে না — চাইলে তা প্রতারণা, আমাদের জানান।
• অর্ডারের বিল app-এর My orders-এ থাকে।

৬. অফার, কুপন ও কয়েন
• প্রতিটা অফারের নিয়ম (কত টাকার অর্ডারে, কোন পণ্যে, কতদিন, শুধু app-এ কি না, প্রথম অর্ডারে কি না) অফারের পাতায় লেখা থাকে।
• একটা অর্ডারে আপনার জন্য সবচেয়ে ভালো অফারটা নিজে থেকেই বসে।
• কুপন ও কয়েনের নগদ টাকা হয় না, অন্যকে দেওয়া যায় না; অর্ডার ফেরত হলে সেই অর্ডারের কুপন/কয়েনও ফেরত যায়।
• ভুয়া অ্যাকাউন্ট বা একই মানুষের বহু নম্বরে অফার নিলে অফার বাতিল হতে পারে।

৭. রিভিউ
সত্যিকারের অভিজ্ঞতা লিখুন। গালাগাল, অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বা বিজ্ঞাপন থাকলে রিভিউ সরিয়ে ফেলা হতে পারে।

৮. দায়
ডেলিভারির দেরি ঝড়-বৃষ্টি, হরতাল, ছুটি বা কুরিয়ারের সমস্যায় হতে পারে — আমরা জানিয়ে দ্রুত সমাধানের চেষ্টা করি। পণ্যের দামের বেশি কোনো ক্ষতির দায় আমাদের নয়, আইন যা বলে তার বাইরে।

৯. মেধাস্বত্ব
এই website ও app-এর লেখা, ছবি, লোগো ও নকশা Chowk Bazar Crockeries-এর; অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবসায় ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

১০. অভিযোগ ও সমাধান
যেকোনো সমস্যায় আগে আমাদের জানান: WhatsApp 01907935293, info@chowkbazar.net, বা app-এর Support। সাধারণত ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে উত্তর দিই এবং যত দ্রুত সম্ভব সমাধান করি। এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইনে চলবে।

১১. শর্ত বদলানো
প্রয়োজনে শর্ত বদলাতে পারে; বড় বদল app ও website-এ জানানো হবে।

Terms & Conditions (last updated 5 November 2026). By using chowkbazarcrockeries.com or the Chowk Bazar Crockeries app, or placing an order, you accept these terms, written under Bangladesh law including the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 and the National Digital Commerce Guideline.

Account: you log in with a code sent to your mobile; never share it. Give your real name, number and address. Fake orders or offer abuse may close an account.

Products and prices: we keep pictures and descriptions as accurate as we can. The price, discount and delivery charge shown when you order are final. If a price was shown wrong or an item is out of stock we call you — you may accept or cancel.

Confirmation and cancellation: we confirm each order by call or message. Cancel free before it is handed to the courier; after that a return delivery charge may apply if you refuse it. Any advance is refunded in full after a cancellation.

Payment: cash on delivery, bKash or Nagad. We never ask for your PIN or code — report anyone who does.

Offers, coupons and coins: each offer's rules are on its page; the best offer for you applies by itself; coupons and coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred; they go back if the order is returned; abuse cancels them.

Reviews must be real; abusive or advertising reviews may be removed. Delays from weather, strikes, holidays or couriers can happen — we inform you and fix it fast; our liability is limited to the price of the item except where the law says otherwise. All text, pictures, logos and designs belong to Chowk Bazar Crockeries.

Complaints: WhatsApp 01907935293, info@chowkbazar.net or Support in the app — we usually reply within 24 hours and fix it as fast as we can. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and may change; major changes are announced.
